Helps:
What do you do if you see Junk when you want
to see a bill. (AOL users have this problem)
If you see a page full of the characters:   when you look
at any bill, your browser doesn't support HTML entities
(special characters). This is a special problem for users of
America On Line (AOL).
The special character represented by that code is a fixed width space that is necessary to give an accurate depiction of the bill with line numbers and paragraphs.
The problem is easily solved by switching to Netscape Navigator version 1.1 or above. (Version 1.0 didn't support these characters either. You can obtain Netscape 2.0 by downloading it from http://home.netscape.com (Scroll down that Netscape page until you see Netscape Navigator 2.0 and you will find a download link.) adding the new features as they are developed.

proposed to be added is bold italic like this.
If your browser does not display the words "like this" as
described above, you need to
download Netscape NOW!
