1.    Committee Business
     .     Approve minutes of November 7, and November 21, 1995

2.    Bear River Development
    .    Larry Anderson, Division of Water Resources
    .    Ivan Flint, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District
    Mr. Anderson will give a report on current and future activities of the division related to the development of the Bear River. Mr. Flint will discuss how the district is preparing for development of the Bear River.

3.    Smith Morehouse Pipeline
    .    Ivan Flint, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District
    .    Sheldon Richins, Summit County Commission
    Mr. Flint and Mr. Richins will discuss a proposal to transport water from Smith Morehouse Reservoir to the Synderville Basin area of Summit County.

4.    Gooseberry Narrows Project
    .    Senator Leonard Blackham
    Senator Blackham will give an update on the status of the Gooseberry Narrows project.

5.    Washington County Water Management Plan
    .    Ron Thompson, Washington County Water Conservancy District
    The Washington County water management plan includes both conservation and development elements.
