4. Economic Development
Economic Development continues to be a top priority for the tribes. The committee will review state economic development incentives or mechanisms and their applicability to the tribes, hear the results of a
recently held conference on financing on Indian lands, get an update on an effort to make capital available
on the reservation, and have an open discussion with tribal economic development officials.
