2:05 p.m.    2.    Reconstuction of I-15 -- Cash Flow Requirements Through Completion
    
         (The reconstruction of I-15 will take several years and require differing amounts of money to pay for the work done each year. Knowing the latest projected cash flow needs for I-15 and other major projects that cannot be funding from current revenue streams, is essential if the committee is to begin to develop alternatives on how the money might be raised. This item is for the information, discussion, and input of committee members).

3:10 p.m.    3.    Firearms in Public Facilities
            
(Recent relaxing of requirements to obtain a concealed weapons permit has led to more and more people carrying concealed weapons into public places raising concerns of persons responsible for the public places. This item is to hear the issues and identify whether and how additional consideration should be given by the committee to these issues).

4:10 p.m.    4.    Graduated Driver License System For Juveniles
            (Teenage drivers historically have been over represented in both traffic accident and fatality statistics. On approach is to limit the driving privileges of new drivers and reward safe driving by granting additional driving privileges over time. This item is to hear potential approaches to the problem of teenage traffic accidents and determine whether and how additional consideration should be given by the committee to these issues).
