     4.    1996 Gen. Session H. B. 396 "County Recorder Maintenance of Tract Indexes"
        The committee will review the requirement for counties to maintain multiple indexes for recording title of real property.

    5.    Department of Workforce Services Implementation - Status Report
        The committee will receive an update on the creation of the Regional Workforce Service Areas and on the activities of the various working groups studying the implementation of the Department of Workforce Services. In October, a final report and specific recommendations will be presented to the committee.

    6.    Advertising of Alcoholic Beverages
        The committee will receive a brief report regarding a United States Supreme Court case which addresses a Rhode Island statute prohibiting advertisement of liquor prices and the potential impact of the case on Utah law.
