That version is being sent to the members of the committee for their consideration prior to the next meeting where a motion to adopt or amend the minutes would be in order. The minutes of the following (or later) meeting will indicate if the earlier minutes were approved or amended. The legislature has never republished and reissued the corrected minutes as best we have been able to determine. The secretaries do keep the corrected version for historical purposes. We have asked the legislature for a regular way to obtain the final version of the minutes. If they do, we will incorporate that into these pages.
