R58-10-1 Authority.
Promulgated under authority of Section 4-32-7.
R58-10-2 Purpose.
The purpose of this rule is to establish standards and procedures for the meat and poultry product inspection programs, which shall at least equal or exceed those imposed by the Federal Meat Inspection Act and Poultry Inspection Act.
R58-10-3 Federal Regulations Adopted by Reference.
Accordingly, the Division adopts the meat and poultry inspection standards and procedures as specified in Animal and Animal Products, 9 CFR 303.1 through 381.207, January 1, 1997 edition, which is incorporated by reference within this rule.
