Electronic publication of each case with identical cites and pagination as the paper edition is AVAILABLE ONLINE within one business day! (In otherwords BEFORE the paper edition is produced. [ Utah Code ]

Full Text of the Utah Code in a searchable database. Also track the exact word by word the changes made by the Legislature to the old edition of the Utah Code. We also maintain historical editions of the Utah Code for each year back to 1996.

[ Legislature ]

This page includes all bills, schedules, committees, agendas, minutes, and journals of the Utah Legislature. It gives information on each legislator and registered lobbyist. During the Interim (when the legislature is NOT in session Mar-Dec) this page is updated every day as needed regarding interim committee meetings and activities. During the session (Jan-Mar and during special sessions) It is updated many times a day.

[ Utah Admin. Code ]

The Utah Administrative Code contains all administrative rules of all agencies of Utah State Government. We update the Administrative Code with changes made by the agencies each month. We also have the Utah State Bulletin (published twice each month) in which proposed and adopted changes are published. We keep annual historical editions of the Administrative Code back to 1996.

[ Courts ]

Information about the Utah Courts is available from this link. Particularly, searchable databases of Utah court rules are available here.

[ Subscribe ]

Many of the most powerful features require a subscription password. If you would like to try out these features you have two choices, both of which are available from this link.
