Arizona Advance Reports
Code-Co has been in the law publishing business since 1982. Our
current publications are the Utah Advance Reports and the Arizona
Advance Reports. Each service publishes all cases issued by the
respective state's Supreme Court and Courts of Appeals.
The Code-Co's Advance Reports service includes two major features
for a single annual subscription price:
- First: A citable, recognized reporter-format publication
that is distributed in PDF form for either electronic or print use.
Each issue contains a table of contents with a summary of the legal
issues discussed in each case.
A new PDF Advance Report issue is emailed to subscribers every
two weeks. (26 times a year.) Each new issue includes all the
opinions released by the respective courts since the last issue.
- Second, a searchable database of the cases from the
respective state that retains the cite, page and paragraph
identifiers from the reporter publication. The database is
available to subscribers via password. Subscribers can search
for cases by name (including part of a name), by cite or by advanced
word and phrase search that is specifically tailored to
legal materials.
(The Utah database is online now. The Arizona database will
be online in the fall of 2009.)
Subscribers to the Code-Co service receive both the PDF service and
access to the searchable Internet database for one flat annual
subscription fee.
